1- Foresight, a newsletter of n•Vision Designs, has just been
released. It's yet another way to keep interested parties aware of what's
going on here. Foresight includes tips for your organization's
marketing presence and provides inspiration for ways that you
can make an impact using design and technology. You'll also be notified
of any promotions and discounts! Sign up for the newsletter from any page
on this site in the column to the right.

2- The Links page has finally been
updated. I've added a few and organized them all. Now you can clearly
view them by topic (such as Causes, Technology, and Fun), and each one
has a description so that you actually know what you're clicking on. This
week, I encourage you to visit one of my favorite blogs, Stuff
Christians Like.

is RSS?), which has led me to delve deeper into the world of XML and
its various applications. If you ever want me to set up an audio playlist,
photo gallery, or podcast for you, you'll appreciate XML almost as
much as I do.

So
why do I have them there? Just to give you a taste of what is to come.
I call it...creating anticipation.

The foundation of most websites is a combination of HTML and CSS. The
beauty of this standard is that you can separate the content of a website
(the HTML) from how it is displayed (the CSS). To give you an example
of the power of CSS, I will soon have different styles that you can apply
to this website with the click of a button. Not a fan of how it looks
now? Just wait until the "Hollywood" style! Same content, a
different design. Stay tuned!

Of course you notice the facelift—but
trust me, it’s also a lot cleaner under the hood (Some might even consider
it a brand new car). Previous versions of this site were completely Flash-based,
and not as accessible as this one is. And accessibility is pretty important,
no?
